How to book a boat ticket to Lembongan/ Nusa Penida/ Gilis/ Lombok?

You can make it done in three simple steps:

  1. Fill your Booking date including (select the number of passengers, including children, infant or families) and click Search Now.
  2. Select a boat which is suitable for you based on your preferred departure time, ticket price, and destination of arrival.
  3. On the third step, check everything before making the payment. Fill your detail information (name, contact, passengers). If there is a pickup/drop off associated with your boat selection you will be asked to input the pickup/drop off address. You can then make the payment using credit card (processed by Doku Wallet). The ticket will be sent to your email and you can use the ticket to check in.

How long I should wait for the fast boat ticket after I make the payment?

We will manually check your reservation to make sure your trip will be good (we review your hotel location and flight time if any). If everything is good we normally send the ticket in less than a minute. Please understand we currently work on local normal working hours. If you make the reservation during off hours we may send the ticket on daytime. Our working hours is 06.00 AM – 10.00 PM. Our time zone is GMT+8.

Is there any other fee for fast boat service?

Our price covers all fees on normal trip. In case you bring spacious luggage such as surf board, some fast boat companies may charge for additional luggage fee, normally about IDR 25.000 per surf board. The pickup / drop off service in Bali are free for certain areas. If your hotel location is out of free areas some fast boat companies may charge for additional hotel transfer fee. We always examine your reservation and estimate all possible additional fees before issuing your ticket. We will inform you if there any chance of additional fees and ask for your confirmation before we deliver the ticket to you.

Can I change the dates of my boat trip?

Dates change is allowed if there any available seats on the new dates. Please contact us by email, through contact form , or by phone (+6281.802.314.888 / +62877.3105.1972).

What currency to use to make a reservation?

We provide several currency options for fast boat and hotel reservation. For fast boat service we set a fixed price in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and provide several currencies based on the fixed IDR price. We provide US Dollar (USD), Australian Dollar (AUD), Singaporean Dollar (SGD), Japanese Yen (JPY), and Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) on fast boat booking form. If your currency is not listed and you still want to pay in your currency you can ask for the invoice. We will send the invoice to your email with payment link.

How do you calculate exchange rates?

For fast boat and related services: We use a third party to process the payment (Doku Wallet) and we use the approach for Doku Wallet conversion rate.

I cannot use my card to make payment. What should I do?
